Welcome to Culture Night Tralee

For the first time Tralee has been invited to take part in Culture Night along with 12 other cities and towns across the country. The aim of Culture Night is to provide a new and imaginative way for people to participate in cultural life in all its diversity, free of charge and free from time pressures.

All events are free!

To kick-start Culture Night we are challenging the people of Tralee, Kerry, Munster and beyond to set a Guinness World Record for the longest Irish dancing line ever formed. 10,037 warm bodies are required if we’re to claim the record from Dublin Ohio in the USA, so every single person will count. The night promises to be great fun with lots to entertain all ages and with a bit of luck we’ll claim the record for Ireland and return home that evening as world beaters!...
